In-Country Support is available to active EIROE clients during their confirmed time in South Korea. This support channel exists for questions, guidance, clarification, and light coordination while your engagement is underway.
Support is provided by a member of the EIROE team and is intended for engagement-related assistance throughout your trip. It does not include continuous coordination, real-time itinerary management, medical guidance, emergency response, or 24/7 availability.
Clarification related to your planning materials, appointment timing, travel pacing, recommendations, or previously issued EIROE guidance.
Light support related to transportation questions, location guidance, timing adjustments, and movement throughout South Korea.
Questions related to your approved engagement, deliverables, next steps, or the type of support included with your selected service.
EIROE does not provide medical advice, emergency services, legal assistance, crisis response, or guaranteed real-time support through this channel.
