Studio Terms

EIROE provides planning, guidance, coordination, and support for aesthetic travel, skincare-focused travel, and independent travel experiences throughout South Korea. EIROE does not function as a medical provider, travel agency, clinic, hotel, transportation company, or booking platform unless specifically stated within a confirmed engagement.

Submission of an application or intake does not guarantee acceptance, availability, engagement approval, or service commencement. All submissions are reviewed individually by the Studio prior to response, onboarding, or engagement consideration.

Each engagement is structured according to scope, timing, client priorities, travel needs, and active Studio capacity. Engagements may include planning, recommendations, travel guidance, clinic research, coordination support, recovery considerations, sourcing recommendations, or privately managed support depending on the approved engagement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing all materials carefully, making final travel, booking, purchasing, medical, aesthetic, and scheduling decisions, and communicating any relevant limitations, changes, preferences, or concerns in a timely manner.

EIROE does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, clinical recommendations, or guarantees regarding aesthetic outcomes. Any medical, clinical, surgical, dermatological, or treatment-related decision must be made directly between the client and licensed providers.

EIROE may provide guidance related to travel planning, neighborhoods, accommodations, transportation, reservations, clinics, providers, vendors, or third-party services. Final bookings, purchases, appointments, payments, confirmations, and third-party arrangements remain the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Engagement access begins once the Studio confirms receipt of the applicable invoice, retainer, onboarding payment, or engagement payment. Submitted retainers and payments secure Studio allocation, planning preparation, coordination capacity, and engagement access according to the approved scope.

Due to the personalized, research-based, and coordination-oriented nature of Studio work, completed payments and submitted retainers may be non-refundable once engagement preparation has begun. Scope changes, timeline shifts, added support needs, or expanded coordination may require revised fees, additional review, or updated engagement terms.

Response times, deliverable timing, coordination windows, and engagement availability may vary according to scope, client responsiveness, third-party availability, travel complexity, scheduling demands, and active Studio capacity.

Client information submitted through forms, email, invoices, intakes, or direct communication is handled with discretion and used only for application review, engagement evaluation, planning, coordination, payment administration, and related Studio services.
