EIROE Studio collects information required to review inquiries, plan engagements, coordinate services, and communicate with clients.
This may include your name, contact information, travel dates, location preferences, engagement interests, clinic status, product interests, travel preferences, support requirements, and any details voluntarily submitted through forms or direct communication.
EIROE Studio does not request, collect, or store comprehensive medical records.
Any health-related, treatment-related, or visual reference information voluntarily provided by a client is used only for planning, coordination, provider communication, and appointment preparation. EIROE Studio does not use this information to diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical advice.
To support your engagement, limited information may be shared with selected third parties, including clinics, Envoys, hospitality providers, transport providers, or other service partners.
Information is shared only as needed for coordination, scheduling, translation, travel planning, or fulfillment. Third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies and data handling practices. EIROE Studio is not responsible for the privacy practices of external providers.
Client information is used to review inquiries, determine the most appropriate engagement, coordinate services, prepare client materials, communicate updates, support fulfillment, and maintain internal records. EIROE Studio does not sell, rent, lease, or monetize client information for advertising or third-party marketing purposes.
Client information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to review, coordinate, fulfill, document, or legally protect the engagement. Following fulfillment, identifying travel information may be archived in limited form or securely deleted.
The website may use basic cookies, analytics, form tools, and platform technologies to maintain functionality, security, and user experience. EIROE Studio does not use invasive behavioral tracking or sell browsing data to advertisers.
EIROE Studio uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect client information. No digital transmission or storage system can be guaranteed fully secure, and clients acknowledge this inherent risk when submitting information online.
Clients may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting the Studio. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
EIROE Studio provides planning, coordination, guidance, and support services related to travel and aesthetic journeys in South Korea. EIROE Studio does not provide medical services, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care. All clinical decisions, procedures, risks, outcomes, and follow-up responsibilities remain solely with licensed third-party providers and the client.
