Studio Agreement

EIROE provides planning, guidance, coordination, clinic research, treatment orientation, sourcing recommendations, and related support according to the approved engagement.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing all materials carefully, making final treatment and travel decisions, and communicating any relevant preferences, limitations, or changes in a timely manner.

EIROE is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical recommendations. All medical and aesthetic decisions must be made directly between the client and licensed providers.

Engagement activation begins once the Studio confirms receipt of the applicable invoice, retainer, or engagement confirmation associated with the approved engagement. Submitted retainers and confirmed engagement allocations secure planning preparation, coordination capacity, and engagement access according to the confirmed scope.

Delivery and response timelines may vary depending on engagement scope, scheduling complexity, clinic availability, travel needs, client responsiveness, and active Studio capacity.

Due to the personalized, preparatory, and research-oriented nature of Studio work, confirmed engagement allocations and submitted retainers may be non-refundable once engagement preparation has begun. Scope changes may require revised engagement terms, adjusted fees, or additional review.

Client information submitted through forms, email, invoices, or direct communication is handled with discretion and used solely for engagement review, planning, coordination, payment administration, and related Studio services.

Private Manifest engagements may involve a broader support scope, extended communication timelines, travel-sensitive planning, third-party scheduling dependencies, and individually structured coordination. Engagement structure, response cadence, and coordination availability may vary according to active Studio capacity and confirmed scope requirements.
